This week my guests are Baseball Author Jerry Grillo the author of "The Big Cat-The Life of Baseball Hall of Famer Johnny Mize". We are also joined by Independent Film Maker Hal Jacobs; Hal's new documentary is "Stalking the BIG CAT of Georgia." Join us as Jerry and Hal look into the life of Johnny Mize and his career with the Cardinals, Giants and Yankees. We also talk about the Kingston, NY connection and how Kingston Native Ron Woods played a role in writing to the Hall of Fame Veteran's Committee and helping the Big Cat making it to Cooperstown. Hal and Jerry talk about the making of the documentary and visiting the home of Johnny Mize. Great Johnny Mize baseball stories tonight on Sporttalk!
