About the Show

Welcome to the Intergalactic Boogie Down, where cosmic beings and earthlings come together under a sweet groove. Here we uplift Indigenous musicians, breaking boundaries and blending genres; centering Black and Brown artists who are out of this world.

By introducing listeners to independent or lesser-known indigenous artists, they can engage these artists and support their music. In highlighting music by Black, Brown, and Indigenous people the Intergalactic Boogie Down envisions a normalization of Indigeneity, resistance, and culture.

Although we will focus on Black, Indigenous, and Brown artists, everyone is invited to boogie down to these rare grooves.
