Health & Wellness Jam

The YMCA of Kingston & Ulster County and the Rotary Club of Kingston are excited to host the 2nd annual Health & Wellness Jam, a community event focused on promoting well-being. This event will feature:
✔ Community organizations sharing valuable holistic health resources
✔ Fun YMCA Sampler Fitness Classes
✔Family-friendly activities
✔ Food Trucks
✔ In tandem with the Kingston YMCA Farm Project’s 7th Annual Seedling Sale
Not only are we looking for participants of all ages to stop by and have some fun, but volunteers and vendors as well.
