Meet Amy White, the host behind “Beyond the Classroom.” As the Head Consultant at Amy Brown-White Consulting, Amy brings a wealth of experience in fostering cultural awareness and providing Anti-Racist training to diverse institutions. With an Interdisciplinary and historical academic approach “Beyond the Classroom” will strive to provide your ticket to an insightful journey where Amy blends her expertise seamlessly, creating a space where education transcends boundaries. Amy hails from the Jersey Shore (Exit 105) and has lived in the Hudson Valley for over 20 years. She has worked in private and public education for over 15 years. She spends her time searching for a body of water to jump in (especially the Ocean), having conversations with her dog Mutz, and baking with her son.
