Tony Marmo’s journey came full circle when he purchased Normann Staffing in 2014, 35 years after first becoming a client of the agency as Kingston Hospital’s HR Director. Over the decades, Tony held various executive roles, including President and CEO of the hospital, and developed a passion for connecting people with meaningful careers.
A dedicated community leader, Tony has volunteered since 1985, serving as District Governor of Rotary District 7210, co-founding the Ulster County Italian American Foundation, and contributing to economic development boards in the Hudson Valley. He’s passionate about inspiring others to engage in volunteerism, believing that building strong communities requires a collaborative, “it takes a village” approach to build the world we all want to live in.
Rev. Donald J. Mapes Jr., a lifelong resident of Ulster County, is dedicated to driving positive change and fostering unity. He believes the community’s strength lies in its diversity, where different perspectives inspire growth and excellence.
