Happy Wednesday, friends! Today on La Voz with Mariel Fiori is a day of education and family.

I spoke with Alicia McDonald, a survivor of human trafficking in Ulster County, who will lend her voice to the voiceless and bring this issue to light at a bilingual event this Saturday at 4 p.m. at the CCE.

Giokazta Molina-Schneider, Vice President of Education and Training at Planned Parenthood of Greater New York, gave us advice on how to discuss sexual and gender issues within the family.

Iridian Lucas García, a member of the Columbia County Sanctuary Movement, invited us to the Migrant Justice Conversation on April 24th.

I also shared local announcements.
