We were on wheels broadcasting from Albany the lobbying of the Coverage4All campaign. Some 100 campaign organizers and activists advocated for the expansion of the New York Essential Plan so that 400,000 undocumented immigrants can have access to medical coverage under the plan. Today about 40 legislators, including Senator Jen Metzger, were scheduled to hear the testimonies from people who would benefit from the expansion of medical plan.
