Today on Nuestros Cuentos, our theme was the Christmas festivities that begin this week, the posadas and novenas on December 16th, traditional in most places where this holiday is celebrated. We also read Christmas stories and had a guest, Andrea Lumbrano and her daughter Alma.
They told us about their childhood stories and their favorite tales, their games and Christmas songs, and brought the book "Where is Venezuela?" to read.
We also read the original Venezuelan Christmas story, in the style of Aquiles Nazoa, "Christmas in Everyone's House."
We listened to "December Has Arrived" by Moisés Angulo, "My Little Donkey from the Plains" (Original), "Sing with Isa," "The Cow Lola," and "Pimpon is a Doll," "Christmas is Christmas" by José Luis Perales, and other Christmas songs.
