Elliot Frances Flynn is an up and coming actress who looks to explore themes of sexuality, womanhood and coming of age with sincerity and enthusiasm. She studied at SUNY New Paltz, and currently resides in the Hudson Valley. She is the star of the moving short film, "Memories of Rain" a live-action, stop motion hybrid about a young woman struggling with mental illness.
Elizabeth Mehling is a filmmaker, animator, and editor. Her work primarily focuses on feminism, queer women, adolescence, and mental illness, which are often explored in a variety of formats, from animation and documentary, to experimental and poetic shorts.
Amy Reed of The Yoga House
We interview Amy Reed, co-owner of The Yoga House! The Yoga House is built upon the foundational belief that yoga should be enjoyable, accessible, and available to every body. The studio is home to folks of all different backgrounds, ages, and experience, and offers a full variety of classes, from gentle to active. Classes are taught from the heart, with a strong emphasis on practical and philosophical principles, alignment and biomechanics, and with a respect and acknowledgement of the deep roots of yoga from across the globe.
