Shawn and Micah revisit some of this past week’s Breathe sessions, discussing mindfulness from a variety of angles, offering meditation and breathing practices and having fun exploring together. Breathe is a special segment of the Heavy Light show with Ida, it airs M-F 3:30-3:45pm
