Shawn trained in yoga at Sivananda Ashram in India in 2004. Then spent 4 years living, working and teaching at Ananda Ashram, a yoga and meditation center in Monroe, NY. Shawn is a dedicated student and practitioner. She has been studying with her teacher, meditation master Shiva Rudra Balayogi, for the past 13 years.
